a love for natural healing

Trigger point therapy holds a special place in my heart.   I'd been inspired to learn both massage and trigger point therapy by a teacher of mine, Sharon Sauer CMTPT, LMT.  I assisted her seminars for a couple of years prior to beginning massage school.  Sharon was a student of Dr. Janet Travel, MD., originator of trigger point therapy and author of the foundational "Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction" manuals.  Sharon works out of Chicago and Hawaii locations, so please seek her out if interested.  She is a master in her field.

So here I am, realizing the best compliments I get are because of those who've taught me their tricks.

Recently I'd come across before and after photos in reviews by intriguing Chicago-based lymph spa.  My eyes were opened to the inner and outer rejuvenation and aesthetic benefits that result from lymphatic drainage.  How could a whole vital system of the body be so neglected by traditional massage?

Shifting from art to bodywork has shifted my understanding of life.  My goal is to support your path to greatness by being present and encouraging your wellness.

I graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2020 with a focus on Tui Na and acupressure.  After many years of studying detoxification, natural hygiene and herbalism, I am excited to share my new love for facial reflexology, lymphatic drainage and buccal massage with you.  I can't wait to see how much you love it, too!

All the Best.

Mission

What is your mission?  My goal is to help you achieve your mission, one trigger point at a time.  The body speaks its mind, and I have a feeling that as mental noise decreases, so do painful limitations.
